We also work with teenagers that are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, learning difficulties, social difficulties or who just need someone to talk to and help guide them through these difficult years.

  • Child Therapy

Children need support too. That’s why we offer play and art based therapy for children at our Whitehorse location. This can be especially helpful for kids who are going through big life changes like a seperation or move, or for children who are struggling with mood or behaviours. We also offer support to children with special needs or considerations such as children with Autism, ADHD, FASD, or other developmental or learning difficulties.

Couples therapy can be especially useful when coping with big life changes, such as having children, getting married, moving, or starting new jobs. It can also help to reconnect after a conflict such as an affair or argument. Couples counselling can also be helpful in a separation or when trying to decide the best route forward for a couple.
