Reimagining Mental Health Care in the North

Accessible. Culturally Safe. Community-Centered.

*NEW* Drop-In Counselling

Drop-In Counselling offers same-day, low-barrier support when you need it most — no ongoing commitment required. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, you can access compassionate, confidential care in a simple and flexible way.

Every Friday from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., you can either walk in or text us at 9 a.m. to reserve a same-day spot. Sessions are 50 minutes and focus on immediate support, grounding, and practical next steps.

Drop-In is open to new and returning clients. Payment or approved funding is required — please contact us if you have questions about your options.
